Our fabulous babywearing dance class 💫

No dance experience necessary ‼️
Just willingness to have FUN with your baby 👶🏼

Classes run in 4 week blocks with a different dance theme every month 🕺🏼

2025 themes consisted of :

🪩70’s disco
💃Moulin rouge
⛪️ Mama Mia
🙋🏼‍♂️Boy band
👧🏻 Spice girls
🐝 Beyoncé
🎭Musical theatre
🍭 Girl pop
🎄Christmas cracker

Routine is gradually learned over the 4 week block along with a fun warm up and nice cool down at the end.

45mins of endorphin releasing FUN!

✨Taught by a fully qualified dance teacher, perinatal educator and Mum of 3 handsome boys ✨

✨Peace of mind that you will always have guidance to ensure your baby will be safely carried during class✨

*Must provide own sling / baby carrier which will be fit checked prior to class starting*

*All postnatal mum and baby checks must be completed and signed off for exercise by GP prior to taking part*
