I mean this is probs a distant memory for most of us the now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 .. the collective energy has been aff the f*ckin scale HEAVY.
Lots of changes, grief, skin shedding and wtf is going doon moments for a lot us of late. Let’s remember it’s happening for a reason and not just to f*ck with us 🤣.

So this is your wee reminder today to tune into those wee bits of joy and contentment when they appear. For me this doesn’t need to be the big massive things in life - go for a walk, sit in your car and watch the world go by, breathe.

Joy & contentment is found by just BEING. Create a wee bit of presence with yourself today and I bet you will feel some peace, joy and contentment in the simplicity of just existing in that moment for a minute or two.

Vulnerability & Freedom

I think it’s safe to say these go hand in hand .. Although I’m right there with you at the thought of being vulnerable 🤢
We’re disconnected from our hearts people. They are jammed shut (well most of the time) and that’s because at some point our vulnerability told us to close that f*ckin door and throw away the key. We were shut down, embarrassed, shamed, humiliated and the rest..

So we build this wall up for protection.
Never truly being in our heart.
Living from ego, fear, resentment, identity. And it served us for a while - but the consciousness is changing massively right now. We are opening up again and it’s beautiful (and very f*ckin hard goin all at the same time).

So how does the thought of vulnerability make you feel? Tune in.
Take what’s at the forefront of your mind the now, whatever situ is taking up your headspace and imagine I asked you to HONESTLY tell someone how you really feel. No sugar coating. No tip toeing round it. BRUTALLY honestly how you feel …

What does that bring up for you?! Sick in the mooth? No f*cking way? I could never?!

So the point is - on the other side of vulnerability and making yourself vulnerable is FREEDOM. The best place to start is being vulnerable, open and honest with yourself.
Telling yourself that it’s SAFE to be vulnerable and creating a trusting safe space within.

✨ I’m a veggie (I eat plant based most of the time but it’s the cheese fs 😭)
✨ I’m a proud Mama to two crazy wee peeps (8&5)
✨ I’m the youngest of five AND the only gal
✨ I have 4 tattoos and they are all total sh*te 🤣 think I was 16/17 when I got them
✨ I jadore animals, espesh blue 🐋 (whatever your fave animal is look it up as a spirit animal - there’s a reason your drawn to it)
✨ I jadore all things 70’s vibes (the tunes, the fash EVERYTHING)
✨ I have an HNC in fashion design
✨ I’m down for anything spiritual, spooky, universey, neurosciencey, psychology, expansion, unlimited possibilities & all things healing
✨ I am fascinated by indigenous cultures, tribes and traditions - my weans are genuinely worried I’m gonna make them elope to the rainforest
✨ I absolutely HATE being told what to do, where to be and just generally hate rules of any type (unless they are mine 😛)
✨ I don’t watch or listen to any sort of news or mainstream media - I genuinely don’t even know who the prime minister is - absolutely NOT here for any sort of government or political chat
