**PLEASE NOTE - if you suffer from the following conditions, please contact directly before attending or carrying out any Mindfulness Practice led by Orenda Scotland:

• Breathing Difficulties (e.g. COPD, Asthma)
• Epilepsy
• Psychosis

This is not to say that those suffering from the above conditions, cannot take part, there may be occasions that your GP’s (doctor) approval is required before participating in Mindfulness classes, depending on the severity and control of the condition. REIKI:

Distance Healing (Zoom): £30

I now have a new page for my mediumship and healimg work. This will now be the main space for all things mediumship and healing.

My other pages will remain open—Orenda Scotland will continue to focus on mindfulness and energy work, and Soul Connection will stay available as well. However, all future updates and posts will be shared here moving forward.

Our final week of Psychic development at The Wellness Cottage . It's been so lovely working with our group and I've felt very privileged to have worked with such amazing people. 🔮Week 4 - Psychometry

Tonight, we will doing Psychometry work. We will be working in pairs, so you will read an item from your partner - belonging to your partner (psychic work).
Psychometry is also used when working with spirit. If you wanted to bring an item from a loved one who has passed, I can read that item for you. If we run out of time, you can always bring it next week, and I'll read that as part of the platform session. Looking forward to seeing you all tonight 😊❤️

Hi everyone 👋 looking forward to seeing you all tonight. This week we are working with pendulums. For those joining us tonight for the first time, you can bring your own pendulum or I have a few for sale. You may have time to practice cards again this week, so you might want to bring them with you. We will be going back over protection, opening and closing.

Psychic Development Workshops from Wed 1st Oct at at The Wellness Cottage

I have very limited spaces for my psychic development workshop, if you'd like to book send me a message on Facebook or WhatsApp 😊

Venue: The Wellness Cottage, 32 Smithyends, Cumbernauld, Glasgow G67 2SL

Dates: Wed 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th.

Time: 7pm - 8pm

What we will cover:

• Opening/closing
• Cleansing and protecting your space.

Week 1: Reading Oracle cards
Week 2: Pendulum work
Week 3: Reading with ribbons
Week 4: Psychometry work (using items such as photos, jewellery, etc)
Week 5: Practice for participants and demonstration of mediumship by Katie Carlin

The price is £55 for the 5 week block or £15 per class.
