I have the absolute pleasure of working with the chimps again at Blair Drummond Safari Park. I’m currently working with Peter, using Reiki and Silent Counselling techniques ❤️ Peter has shown some wonderful progress so far, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued positive impact of these healing sessions. It’s incredibly rewarding to support animals in releasing emotions and experiences through these gentle healing modalities. What I love most is that these therapies help give both people and animals a voice when they may otherwise struggle to express themselves, creating space for healing and connection.

I’ll keep you updated on Peter’s journey 🐵

A huge congratulations to Katie on completing her Silent Counselling Practitioner Training and receiving her certification.

Watching women step into this work with such heart, trust and natural intuition is always such an honour, and Katie has done exactly that.

She has created beautiful transformational spaces for her clients, held them with such care and already witnessed incredible breakthroughs in just her first case studies.

What stands out most is not only her ability to facilitate powerful sessions but how reflective she is as a practitioner — trusting the body, listening deeply and allowing the process to lead.

⭐️Exciting news! ⭐️I am now offering Silent Counselling sessions. Along with my Reiki Masters I was also working towards my Silent Counselling Practitioner qualification. I will be posting more about this exciting healing modality soon. I've had such amazing results with my clients! Can't wait to share this with you all ❤️

Exciting news to share!

You may have noticed that I haven’t been posting as frequently over the past year. The reason for this is that I have been dedicating my time to completing my Reiki Master Teacher training — and I’m delighted to say that I am now officially a Reiki Master Teacher✨️🙏

This means I am now qualified to teach all levels of Reiki.

I’m especially excited to announce that my first Reiki course will be launching in August, where I’ll be teaching Reiki Level 1. Reiki has played a deeply meaningful role in my life, and I feel truly grateful to now be able to share this practice with others through teaching.

I’ll be sharing more details soon on how to book if you feel called to begin your Reiki journey with me ❤️
