Our mission is to reduce the isolation caused by depression and help stop suicide, by providing safe confidential spaces and a network of people who understand. We run weekly groups, facilitated on a peer to peer basis where men and woman can meet in a safe and friendly place, talk openly, be listened to and feel supported without judgment within a confidential setting. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome to come along without any pressure to talk and can just listen to others stories and deny depression the isolation it needs.
