Most people fail to stick to healthy habits not because they lack knowledge… but because their patterns are wired for comfort, not change.

I help clients change behaviour, not just meals. That means:
• Identifying the triggers that lead to unhealthy choices
• Interrupting old habits before they take over
• Building a new identity that naturally supports healthier decisions
• Making change feel achievable, not overwhelming

Sustainable results don’t come from discipline alone. They come from aligning your mindset, habits, and environment so your new behaviours stick.

Your body will follow where your mind leads.

DM “change” to get started.

If your motivation with food and your body feels like it’s fizzled out this month, pause and read this 👇

January runs on adrenaline. Big promises. All-or-nothing rules. “New year, new me.”

February is quieter.

The hype fades, the pressure drops, and you’re left with real life like work stress, emotions, social plans, low-energy days and cravings.

And that’s usually when self-doubt creeps in.

Maybe the scale isn’t moving how you expected.

Maybe you’re exhausted from tracking.

Maybe you’re “doing everything right” but it still feels hard.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It usually means your nervous system and metabolism are tired of being pushed around by restriction, perfectionism, and unrealistic timelines.

Real, lasting change doesn’t come from squeezing yourself tighter.
It’s built through:
• eating enough to feel steady and satisfied
• habits that still work when motivation doesn’t
• fueling your body without guilt or punishment
• support when things feel messy, not just when they feel easy

February is often where the real work begins.

If you’re ready to stop “starting over” and want personalised support that meets you where you are, my 1:1 coaching gives you structure, accountability, and a realistic plan you can sustain.

February isn’t the end of your progress.

It can be the month you finally do this differently!

DM me “COACHING” to apply 🤍
You don’t have to figure this out alone 🤍

A lot of women spend years searching for the diet that finally works.

Or they spend thousands on medications that temporarily suppress appetite.

And they still feel stuck.
Still frustrated.
Still wondering how they can be “doing everything right” with nothing to show for it.

The problem usually isn’t effort.

Research consistently shows that highly restrictive diets are difficult to sustain long term. When a plan doesn’t fit your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, or preferences, adherence drops and weight regain often follows.

Sustainable weight management isn’t about cutting more foods.

It’s about building habits you can maintain.

That means:
• Understanding your individual energy needs
• Prioritising protein, fibre, and balanced meals
• Addressing sleep, stress, and daily movement
• Having accountability and structured support

Long-term success is strongly linked to behaviour change, consistency, and realistic strategies, not short-term restriction.

When the approach fits your real life, it becomes manageable.

And when it’s manageable, it’s sustainable.

If you’re ready to finally make your goals a reality, DM “ready” and we can get to work straight away.

Can we talk about working together? 🩷

There comes a point when you realise that willpower isn’t the problem.

You’ve tried the plans.
You’ve followed the advice.
You’ve told yourself to “just be more disciplined”.
And yet something deeper keeps pulling you back into the same patterns.

That’s where working with me is different.

My holistic coaching isn’t about quick fixes or surface level strategies. It’s about understanding the why beneath your behaviours.

Together, we explore the deeper patterns that have been keeping you stuck, like the emotional triggers, the protective habits, and the limiting beliefs that once served a purpose but no longer support the person you’re becoming.

You’ll learn how to:
• Recognise and gently shift limiting beliefs
• Release guilt and shame around food and your body
• Rebuild trust in your body’s signals
• Regulate your nervous system so change feels safe
• Experience true nourishment; mentally, physically and emotionally

🩷This is about alignment, not restriction.

🩷Awareness, not judgement.

🩷Sustainable transformation, not temporary control.

As we work together, you’ll begin to feel the shifts happening in how you speak to yourself, how you make choices, and how you experience your body. What once felt heavy starts to feel lighter. What once felt confusing becomes clear.

Transformation doesn’t have to be forceful to be powerful. In fact, when change feels safe, it lasts.

Coaching isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about guiding you to discover what already works for you, in a safe and supportive way.

If you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level and step into your highest potential I’d love to guide you.
Let me show you how. ✨

💭Language isn’t just communication. The words you repeat tell your brain what to expect, what to focus on, and how to behave.

❌ The “Trying” Trap
“Trying” leaves the door open for failure. It says “struggle”, not success. Your brain hears: maybe, hopefully, probably not.

❌ The Moral Food Mess
Calling food “good” or “bad” ties your worth to what’s on your plate. Eat a “bad” food and feel like a bad person. That cycle is brutal.

❌ The Blue Elephant Effect
When you focus on not eating the “bad” stuff, your subconscious zooms in on it.
“Don’t think about chocolate cake.”
…Yeah. 🍰 Exactly.

Try shifting from away-from motivation (avoiding being “bad”) to toward motivation (moving toward how you want to feel).

🚫 Instead of: “I’m trying to be good.”
✅ Say: “I’m choosing foods that help me feel energised and strong.”

Language is the remote control for your brain.
Change the words to change the focus to change the behaviour.
