Is Thai Massage Really Painful ? 🤔
Many people feel hesitant about Thai massage
because they believe that "it has to hurt to be effective."
But in reality

According to the principles of Traditional Thai Medicine,
Thai massage uses appropriate pressure, kneading, and stretching to help the body relax, stimulate blood circulation, and restore balance 🌿
💡 The most important factor is communication
between the client and the therapist, as every body responds differently to pressure. ✨ A good Thai massage
is not about forcing the body through pain, but about caring for it with understanding, skill, and safety.
