The body is designed to protect you.
But when stress continues for too long, the body adapts in ways that can eventually create problems.
Tight muscles
Shallow breathing
Poor sleep
Digestive changes
Feeling constantly tense or exhausted
Over time, these patterns can begin to feel normal.
This is something I often see during CranioSacral Therapy and New Vision Therapy sessions.
The body holding itself in protection mode without even realising it.
When the nervous system begins to settle, the body often starts changing naturally.
Breathing softens.
Tension reduces.
The body no longer has to work so hard to hold everything together.
