🌙 Autumn Healing Doll Workshop Series

A 3-part creative journey to pause, honour and craft.

As this year shifts into Autumn, join me at the Mabon New Moon for the first session of this grounding and nurturing creative workshop series.

✨ About Doll Making

Doll making is one of the oldest crafts, found across many cultures under many names: healing dolls, spirit dolls, medicine dolls, nature (corn husk) dolls, Kachina dolls, Hoko dolls, worry dolls... Traditionally, they are imbued with intentions during the process of making.

The practice is both grounding and meditative. It can be deeply personal, a witnessed experience, or a shared creative moment. Your doll may symbolise any or many things - self-love, the inner child, peace, gratitude, fun, healing, transformation, or intuition.

The making process gently holds both conscious and unconscious material, creating space to explore and honour an event, a process, an emotion, a person, a part of yourself, a place, a season, trait, or transition.

🌀 The 3-Part Journey

🌱Part 1. Planting Seeds
We begin by creating a group agreement and contemplating the process. Through creative resources and exercises, we explore hopes and intentions - planting seeds and creating foundations.

☀️Part 2. Weaving & Growing
We gather in nature to gently centre ourselves and set the stage. From here, we move into creation, integration, and growth.

🌟Part 3. Breathing in to Life
In our final session, we refine, adorn, and name our dolls - aligning intentions and bringing energy to our creations. Together we reflect on the journey and give space to this transition.

Practical Details
• When: Three 3-hour sessions (you must be available for all dates)
2-5pm Sunday 21st & 28th September and Sunday 5th October.
• Where: My therapy room in Broughty Ferry (upstairs – so unfortunately not accessible for those with mobility needs)
• Group size: Small and intimate – 6 people maximum (including myself)
• Investment: £135 per person (for the full series)
• Included: All materials, refreshments, and snacks. You’ll take home your completed doll in Week 3.

📱🐝 What if the same radiation that powers your phone… is silently destroying life around us?

A chilling new study out of Wrocław University in Poland has found that 900 MHz radiofrequency radiation—the same frequency used by most smartphones—can cause severe nutritional collapse in honey bees after just one hour of exposure.

Honey bees, which pollinate over *one-third* of our global food supply, showed shocking internal damage even at radiation levels far below current safety standards.

💥 After just 60 minutes at the *lowest* exposure level (12 V/m), researchers observed:

* 🧬 59% drop in essential proteins
* 📉 Wild glucose swings: from +60% to -47%
* 🧪 Triglyceride disruption
* 🛡️ Weakened antioxidant defenses

In short: their internal systems crashed.
Bees normally regulate their energy with pinpoint accuracy. But exposed to this radiation, it was like their metabolic GPS was scrambled.

What’s even more terrifying?
📉 These effects occurred at 1,000 times below the so-called “safe” limit for radiation.

Dr. Migdał and his team concluded:

> “Radiofrequency electromagnetic fields disturb honey bee nutrition. The changes may have long-term effects.”

And if this is what 900 MHz does to bees—small, sensitive, and essential to life on Earth—
What might it be doing to us?

The WHO already classifies phone radiation as a Group 2B carcinogen, possibly linked to cancer.

It’s time to rethink how we interact with invisible forces around us—because what we can’t see can still harm what we love.
