Week 3, come and join Steve, Jo and the group next week.

Emphasis on social, chatting and laughing
10am meet at Pulse, we had a brilliant run today, some did 2 laps, 2.4 miles and others did 3 laps, 3.6 miles.

Jo excelled, even did a brilliant sprint to finish.

Advice on breathing, cadence, relaxing and running uphills.

We’re out again tomorrow, what ever your goal is, come join us tomorrow at 10am start, a chat and gentle warm up indoors before heading out.
All welcome, although it might rain again, come prepared with dry clothes for afterwards and enjoy refreshments.
