It was so lovely meeting new faces, connecting with the amazing souls behind the businesses here at Mamhilad Park, and sharing such a beautiful lunchtime together.

There’s something so special about sitting in the sun ☀️, having real conversations, and then heading back to work feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely reset… like every cell has been reawakened.

Honestly… moments like that are magic 💫

Spring Equinox Love Reading ✨

Spirit is showing me that over the last 16 months, you’ve been on a deep healing journey… and now, something beautiful is aligning for you.

Just a little reminder that I’ll be offering FREE lunchtime sound baths and guided meditation sessions for those working at Mamhilad 💫

If you’d like to join, please bring along your yoga mat and a blanket so you can get nice and comfortable.

✨ Short on time? No problem at all…
I’ve had a few people say they may only have 5–10 minutes spare, and that’s absolutely fine. You’re welcome to drop in, sit, receive, and leave whenever you need. There’s no strict structure—just soothing sound healing frequencies flowing throughout for you to enjoy.
