It's been an extremely busy month here, and I am so so grateful and blessed for everything, what an experience!!! 🤗

Coursework has needed a priority slot this past few weeks and the understanding that has come from all of my clients has been tremendous! 👌 so thank you all for your support 🙏

And so, with it being Christmas Eve, I am signing out for a well earned break 👏

So Merry Christmas everyone and I shall see you on the otherside 🫡 and dont forget, when it comes to the new year, leave what no longer serves you in 2024, and go make 2025 your year 🥳

Another day of therapy promotion 📣

Last week's promotion took place in Cardiff Metropolitan University and what a turn out!

The interest generated was insane! With well over 100 people spoken to, and at least 30 taking advantage of the free taster sessions 🙌

Thank you to everyone involved and making the day a complete success with a influx of bookings for the clinic 👏

With popularity growing, there's no place I would rather be, helping ✨️

Last week while visiting the Aneurin Bevan Health board 🙌

We did taster sessions of reflexology and got to know some lovely people. So a huge shout out to everyone that got involved and helped the day go so well ✨️

The visit generated great interest in the health community, which gives so much hope for the future of healthcare.

Less invasive and more supportive ways to improve people's physical and psychological health is what it's all about.

After the amazing feedback received on the day, makes me look forward to future venues yet to be attended 😀👣✨️💫

Angelica - (Angelica archangelica)

Essential oils have so many benefits and healing properties and although many are well known, there might also be many you may never have heard of.

Angelica might be of them, but it is a treasured oil that has been used for centuries. With it's base tone, peppery, herbaceous and earthy scent, it gives a depth to your unique aromatherapy experience.

With many beneficial properties, it is an essential oil that can deliver relief from muscle spasms, improve digestive irregularities while encouraging improved immune, respiratory, lymphatic and overall bodily function.

This is most definitely one oil to consider adding to your aromatherapy treatment ✨️

Sweet Almond Oil 🌰

Carrier oils? What's the difference? Let's have a look 👀

All carrier oils are different and many have different health benefits on their own, without the need to add essential oils (although, if you did, the benefits would be even greater 😁)

Sweet almond oil is pale yellow in colour and slightly viscous (thick), meaning it will glide upon the skin and be absorbed slowly.

Properties of this oil can relieve itching and soothe inflammation while moisturising and nourishing the skin. Making it perfect for those suffering with eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or just simply dry, scaly skin.

So, as long as you don't have a nut allergy (if you do, please stay away), this oil could be the answer you didn't know you needed ✨️

I've been a little quiet on the facebook front this past week with so much going on in the background, so I thought I'd share a little of what I've been working on ☺️

Carrier oil day today and we had so much fun!

Who knew that carrier oils on their own, without even adding essential oils, had so many healing properties!! Mind blown!! 🤯

With such a large range to choose from, I'm so excited to add more to my range!

Macadamia is one of my personal favourites to work with, but... Calendula has made its way very quickly into my top 5 😄

Finishing on a spooky note... the book I ordered (meant to be delivered on the 23rd... ) turned up today... the day I have been working with said carrier oils 🤔😏😅

I love giving second hand books a new loving home (hence the water damage 💔) but, books will always be worth something to someone ☺️ I'm going to need a bigger book case at this rate!
