As my time in this profession comes to an end, I would just like to say an enormous THANK YOU to each and every single patient who has trusted me to provide one off or continuous care and treatment. It has been an absolute privilege 👣 I have loved every moment, from the good, bad and challenging cases. Be it a home visit or clinic appointment, so often the time spent was more than foot health, it was therapy. Therapy to laugh, cry, grieve, brainstorm or just simply a great big hug because that was what was needed to support you. I will miss each and every one of my patients but you are all now in the very safe and capable hands of Emma. Walnut Grove Clinic thank you for having me, it’s been a truly wonderful four years 💚
The final thank you is to my incredibly supportive and long suffering husband, my children and my parents for all the school runs. Mum, Dad, you can have a few mornings off 😂
In the run up to leaving, I received many unexpected but wonderful and generous parting gifts, I am truly thankful for each and every one. But one I would like to share was gifted to me by local Portishead painter Alan Weeks. This is a deeply personal and special painting for me. I speak about my middle Son, Joseph, to anyone who will listen and there he is, shining brightly in the sky over his special place in the world. All captured from a conversation Alan and I had during an appointment. This painting now sits proudly in my living room ⭐️
I wish you all the very best of health, it has been an honour ♥️
