What a brilliant couple of days we’ve had!😆

Roy enjoyed a lovely trip to Abergavenny and treated himself to a huge slice of cake (no sharing allowed 😂).

The cooking crew got straight down to business, whipping up a delicious homemade curry for dinner — chef’s kiss 👩‍🍳🍛 🤌🏼

We also took a relaxing stroll down to the boating lake, topped off with a well-earned ice cream for everyone 🍦 🚤 🚶🏼‍♀️

And to round it all off, Jonny enjoyed some quality time on the mats.

Lucy went out for a lovely cup of tea ☕

Will enjoyed some sensory play with sand while doing a scavenger hunt 🏖️🔍. The rest of us had great fun making Rice Krispie cakes 🍫🎂
then we finished the day with a super fun disco full of dancing and smiles! 💃🕺✨

We asked a question to 4 of our guys… what do you all have in common?
Quickly they answered Rock music and wheelchairs. 😀

So this how the story begins…

Cal, Jem, Jord and Roy all like a bit of rock music… Iron Maiden, Queen, Bullet for My Valentine to name but a few.
A question was asked by one of the guy’s on how they can produce their own songs?

Sadly when we chatted… none of them had a clue about instruments or singing… I can’t type some of the things they said about there singing 😂.

So…we put four heads together and chatted about AI and all this stuff we see and hear about it.

Could we create our own rock songs, ballads etc write our own lyrics, then produce our very own album?

Can this be done? Well at Able we will give anything a go.
