We’ve had such a busy and fun-filled week! ☀️

We enjoyed a lovely walk in the hot sunshine, baked a delicious chocolate fudge cake, and had an exciting visit from Animals Interactive 🐾. We also spent time cooking some tasty meals, had lots of fun in dance sessions, and took a wonderful trip to Green Meadow Community Farm 🚜.

To top it all off, we had a great ILS lesson where we learned all about personal hygiene. What a fantastic week it’s been!

Great morning down at Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre for a swim 🏊‍♂️💦

A few lengths done… a few splashes made… and plenty of laughs along the way 😂
Safe to say we’ve earned a massive lunch now!

On Tuesday we had a jam-packed day! 🤩

We cooked a delicious dinner and even made our own Yorkshire puddings from scratch — they tasted amazing! 😋 After that, we had an awesome afternoon doing lots of fun science experiments 🧪 and finished the day with drama, rehearsing for our summer show. 🎭

Yesterday we went to our first Able Swimming session in Ebbw Vale and what an amazing time we had! 🏊‍♀️

There was so much laughter, smiles, and fun from start to finish. It was such a lovely, welcoming session and we all really enjoyed ourselves in the water 💦 🏊🏻‍♀️ 😆

We are already looking forward to the next one!

We’ve had an awesome day today with Coffi kitoko in Mamhilad Park Estate doing barista training for our Able Coffee Pod. ☕

Well done Harriet, James & Dan – you were brilliant! 👏

Happy Friday everyone… this week the guys have been working on Roy’s choice of song and lyrics. Taking the music out of there comfort zone… they have produced a Jazz Swing song. 🎷🎺🎶

Today was an amazing day! 🎶 We had an awesome DJ session filled with great music and lots of dancing. We also enjoyed some lovely animal pet therapy from Caring Canines, which brought so many smiles and cuddles. 🐶💛

We even took a trip to B&Q 🔨

A day full of music, happiness, wagging tails, and fun outings!
