First session with these lovely new mums & babies 🤍👣

Today we focused on the legs & feet, a beautiful and gentle place to begin baby massage.

Leg & foot massage can help to:
✨ support circulation
✨ release tension in growing muscles
✨ improve body awareness
✨ encourage relaxation and calm
✨ help babies feel grounded and secure
✨ strengthen the parent & baby bond through nurturing touch

Such a calm and welcoming session today 🌿 I’m already looking forward to next week with everyone

One for the mammas this spring 🌻

Join us at Polarity Wellbeing for a 4 week Mum & Baby Massage Course

Starting on 1st April each session will be held in our cosy indoor studio

Weather permitting, you can enjoy coffee and community outside in our wellbeing garden afterwards ☕️

The course is run by Yoga teacher & baby massage therapist Meg. Each mama will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll also be gifted a complimentary bottle of organic massage oil to use at home and throughout the course 👩‍🍼👶💕

Spring Equinox 🌸✨
One of my favourite energetic shifts of the whole year.

The equinox is the moment day and night are perfectly equal, a natural reset and the start of new beginnings, growth, clarity and lighter energy.

Over the next few days I’m slowing down, clearing space, setting gentle intentions and preparing for a new season of balance and renewal.
