✨️ POLARITY WELLBEING STUDIOS ✨️

A bittersweet announcement. In 2021,Josh built a cabin in our back garden for my Reiki practice. We called it The Reiki Room. Then came The Yoga Room, and The Home of Holistics was born. 🏡

Floating Heads took us across the UK and Europe, hosting retreats and training courses 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Then came Polarity 🔥🧊

Born from a leap of faith that turned into something truly transformational. ✨️🌙

For the past year, Josh and I have somehow managed to run 4 different businesses between us. It's been expansive, intense, deeply rewarding, and totally unsustainable 😂

So, it’s time to bring everything together. To unify. ♾️

We’re lovingly closing the chapter on The Home of Holistics & Floating Heads and stepping fully into the next evolution:

On June 1st, we will open a 2nd premises, so you can experience us in both Cwmbran and Mamhilad.

Retreats, trainings, education, floating soundbaths, lots & lots of yoga, contrast therapy, saunas, ice baths, fitness - you name it! It’s all continuing, under one powerful, unified brand.

From June, we’ll also be moving to a centralised app instead of juggling two websites. That means more value and fluidity for you, our beautiful members.

You don’t need to do anything right now, we’ll reach out when it’s time to cross over 🫶

But for now, it’s time to say farewell to them all as we merge into Polarity Wellbeing Centre 🫶

Duality.

Josh and I are walking, breathing polarities, yet together, we create harmony. ✨️

Healing doesn’t come from choosing one side. It comes from holding both.

A happy, healthy, and fulfilled life lies in balance and in the space between opposites.

In yoga, it is rarely either/or. It is both. The inhale and the exhale. Effort and surrender. Strength and softness.

Wholeness lives in the union of opposites, and that's what the Polarity brand represents

These sessions are offered by Level 2 attuned Reiki students currently deepening their practice under the guidance of The Reiki Room.

Each session is a peaceful opportunity to relax, restore, and support your wellbeing, while also helping our dedicated students gain valuable hands-on experience.

These practitioners have received attunements and instruction in the traditional Usui Reiki method and are ready to share their gifts in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Whether you’re new to Reiki or a long-time fan, the Student Reiki Clinic is a beautiful way to receive gentle, heart-centered healing at an accessible rate.

👋✨️ SAY HELLO TO JOE FLO ✨️👋

We'd like to give a warm welcome to our new instructor Joe. 🧘‍♀️

Starting tomorrow, Joe will be teaching a few pop-up classes at the studio at a reduced cost whilst she completes her Yoga Teacher Training 🧘‍♀️

Joe can't wait to share her knowledge with all of you here at The Yoga Room 🙏🫶

Expect a traditional class with gentle, flowing movement, breathwork, and meditation. 🦋

Joe will be teaching her first "Yoga with JoeFlo" class tomorrow at 10 am, which will be held outdoors at in the sunshine 🌻☀️
