What actually happens in your body when you feel anxious? 😟
When anxiety kicks in, your body activates its “fight or flight” response. This is your body’s natural way of preparing to deal with a threat.

Blood pressure is an important indicator of your overall health, yet many people aren’t sure what the numbers actually mean.
When you have your blood pressure checked, you’ll see two numbers, for example 120 / 80.
🩺 What the Numbers Mean
Top Number (Systolic Pressure)
This measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats and pumps blood around the body.
Bottom Number (Diastolic Pressure)
This measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats.
Both numbers matter because they show how hard your heart is working to circulate blood.
⚠️ When Blood Pressure Is High
Consistently high readings (often 140 / 90 or higher) can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health issues.
Many people don’t feel symptoms, which is why it’s often called the “silent condition.”

When we jump, the pressure inside the abdomen increases and the pelvic floor muscles have to work hard to support everything.

Hi everyone just wanted to leave you a little message! As the majority of you know I started running these classes back in March 2014.. it's been an amazing 2 years and ive met and been on transformation journeys with so many of you it has truly been amazing!

As you all know Jodie has been taking over teaching the classes for a while now and I am very happy and proud to say that Jodie has now taken full reigns of Boogie Bounce Torfaen it is now her baby!

I'm very confident that Jodie will keep doing an amazing job and that you will all still love the classes!

I will still pop in and bounce and cover classes when needed so hopefully see some of you soon!
