Our first event in pontypool town center starts at 10 am and we will be covered by Hayley Smith and her lovely team at .
There will be face painters, 911 cars , balloon sculptures and a special visit from Mickey, Bluey and Gaby from Gabys dolls house.
This is a free event to attend

The Back to nature festival in September is a different event and the first for us .
Bringing like minded people together for a completely back to nature experience.

This week I have put a new string to my health and wellness bow and finalised becoming a functional medicine practitioner. This has been a long time coming but I'm proud to say I achieved it ! Thank you to Simon Dale Jones and his amazing knowledge and teaching to get me to this .
