What an amazing day at The ICC today for the Spiritual & Wellbeing Show, thank you to Cariad Events Cymru for welcoming me to their holistic team. Such positive energy from my fellow therapists, everyone who attended the events and especially the lovely people I got to offer reflexology to today.

Absolute bonus was spending the day with Lisa Pryce-Jones Hypnotherapy & Healing and David who helped me start my holistic journey and continue to support me every day.

Special thanks to my mum Cherie Harry who supported me all day, helping carry all the equipment, set everything up and guide people to the therapy room. Couldn’t have done it without you x
