We understand that life happens and plans can change. While we do our best to accommodate changes we kindly ask for 24hours notice. Failure to do so may incur a charge.
We have seen a significant increase in last minute changes which makes it difficult to manage our diaries and is frustrating for those waiting to be seen. If this continues we may need to introduce stricter policies.
