How often should I have a Massage ? 🤲🏼👐🏼
This is a question I get asked a lot in the treatment room! And this totally varies to each client depending on what your outcome of treatment is🙏🏼.. wether your looking for some down time from a busy lifestyle.. maintenance massage or pain management - Or all 3! ..
For relaxation 🧘🏼♀️:
Book your massage as often as you like! *& can afford* , massage is something we should all be fitting into our schedules, Prevention is better than cure so for maximum benefit booking a regular slot is highly recommended! 🙏🏼✨
For pain relief :
Leave at least 3 days in between treatments to allow the muscles to recover . Weekly or fortnightly sessions are best until the pain subsides. - always remember that if your not used to regular treatment, your body has been holding this tension for quite some time! (Sometimes a life time). Things can feel good after one session.. but it can take time and consistency to get your body responding how we want it too🙏🏼
For relief of knots :
Weekly is advised to fully work out the knots and thereafter monthly sessions are advised to prevent them from reoccurring, and maintaining 🙏🏼✨
