Racism in classrooms isn’t always loud—it’s often silent, systemic and deadly to students’ mental health. 💔

It’s:
✖ Failing students unfairly based on their race/ethnicity or gender.
✖ Withholding guidance—ignoring questions, giving vague instructions.
✖ Delayed feedback until after deadlines, setting them up to fail.
✖ Controlling progress—blocking opportunities, discouraging ambitions.
✖ Invisible teasing—backhanded ‘jokes’, aggressive tone, exclusion.
✖ Not providing quality teachers.

The result?
✅ Anxiety & self-doubt
✅ Depression from constant gaslighting
✅ Lost motivation—“Why try if they’ll sabotage me anyway?”
✅ Physical exhaustion from fighting bias daily

But silence = complicity
