The Company provides specialist glazing solutions for commercial, industrial and public service buildings. Our team of surveyors, project managers and fitters have many years of construction, glass and glazing experience on projects in the U.K. Health & Safety is paramount and all fitters employed by our company are CSCS trained and no works are undertaken unless the operative has had the relevant training for the task in hand. Our team of curtain wall fitters are trained and experienced in the installation, maintenance and repair of curtain wall system. The company undertake all aspects of glazing refurbishment from cleaning through to full replacements in any location, even difficult access. Whether it is overhead glass, curtain wall glazing, structural glazing, windows and door repairs we can cater for all applications. We can offer glazing maintenance, glazing refurbishment and repairs services for curtain wall glazing, as one or more glass replacement, full glass replacement programs, leak repairs, seal glass replacement, high level glazing and cleaning services. Our glazing fitters work to a high standard and will ensure that the highest quality product is delivered. All the glass and glazing installers are CSCS holders, NVQ qualification scheme and Certificates of Competence ( PASMA, IPAF, Leading Edge, Rope Access IRATA technicians, A66, Vacuum lifter, EMU, Slinger Signallers, First Aid, SSSTS, SMSTS).

Today marked Gala -Aid – Edition 14, and it was truly inspiring to see so many new people and organisations joining this growing community of compassion and action. Each new supporter strengthens the belief that real change happens when people come together for a shared purpose.

Our founders, Ion Mereacre and Ion Bouaru once again lead by example — demonstrating leadership rooted in empathy, responsibility, and genuine care for those in need. Their continued commitment is a powerful reminder that business success and social impact should go hand in hand.

La data de 8 decembrie 2025, la Londra, a avut loc, în premieră, masa rotundă „Republica Moldova – România, noile oportunități de sprijin reciproc și cooperare economică în Regatul Unit”, în prezența ambasadorilor celor două state.

Inițiativa desfășurată cu suportul celor două Ambasade este menită să consolideze dialogul bilateral, și să extindă cooperarea economică între comunitățile de afaceri din România, Republica Moldova și Regatul Unit.

Mesajele de salut transmise de ambasadorii Laura Popescu și Ruslan Bolbocean au reconfirmat angajamentul diplomatic comun de a susține mediul de afaceri și de a facilita proiecte bilaterale cu potențial economic.

În deschiderea evenimentului, organizatorii Ion Mereacre și Ion Bouaru au evidențiat importanța unui cadru de discuții structurat, care să ofere premise pentru noi parteneriate și colaborări strategice.

Participanții au avut ocazia să se prezinte într-un format interactiv, ceea ce a favorizat o conectare directă și un schimb eficient de perspective privind oportunitățile existente pe piețele celor trei țări. În cadrul panelului „Istorii de succes”, au fost împărtășite exemple de colaborări bilaterale și inițiative relevante, ilustrând rolul pe care cooperarea România - Republica Moldova îl poate avea în atragerea investițiilor și în dezvoltarea unor proiecte sustenabile.

Evenimentul s-a încheiat cu o sesiune dedicată de networking și discuții B2B, care a oferit participanților posibilitatea de a identifica parteneri, de a dezvolta contacte și de a explora noi direcții de cooperare economică în perspectiva anilor următori.
