Ladies living in Dumfries & Galloway over the age of 40 - I need your views. Many of you know that I am in the final semester of BScHonours Degree in Integrative Healthcare and as part of my dissertation I have a survey to gather views on menopause/perimenopause experience. This should only take around 5 minutes of your time to complete, perticipation is voluntary, no personal data is collected and everything is anonymous! Hello 2026!
Thank you all for your custom & support in 2025 - think it might have been the busiest year yet. This looks set to continue in 2026 as January is already fully booked!!

I am working about 3-4weeks ahead for appointments which I appreciate not everyone is able to do. Please contact me to be placed on cancellation list and any spaces that come up will be posted to page. Unfortunately I am unable to take on any new evening or Saturday clients.

Dont forget if you are struggling to get an appointment with me - The Bridge Wellness Centre also benefits from having some other great Practitioners available.

Looks like a fab local Wellbeing event

Wellness Morning at Sauna at the Sea
Wednesday 29th October | 10 am – 1pm

Join us for a 3-hour morning hosted and supported by Wellbeing and Me. Wellness Wednesdays are where you can come to be supported with personal growth, self care and emotional balance. This event will be held
at the beautiful Sauna at the Sea. A stunning location where you will also get to experience the benefits of the sauna and cold water dips. The Before I Am Project will be attending this session to provide a beautiful group belief coding session.

Belief Coding® is a powerful self-development method that helps you release emotional blocks and limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious. By identifying and reprogramming these beliefs, you can create lasting change in how you think, feel and respond to life.

Spaces are limited for this intimate morning, the perfect midweek reset for your mind and body.

Hello September! That came around quickly. This month is already fully booked.
I appreciate that not everyone can book in advance and will post any cancellations to page. I also operate a cancellation list for anyone who wants to be contacted if spaces open up.

Hi Everyone - I have been quiet on here with posting monthly availability as spaces have been very limited. We are just at the end of the month of July & August spaces are fully booked until week beginning 18th August.

I understand that not everyone can book in advance so any spaces or cancellations will be posted to page. I am unable to take on any new evening or weekend clients.

I am looking into and considering online booking systems - will keep you posted on this.
