Who would believe it, 2026 is now with us already and I sincerely hope that it will be a wonderful and healthy New Year for you all.
I know that many of you will have received a 'Thai Massage Room & Spa Gift Voucher' over the Christmas period and I would like to let know how you can use them.
There are two types of 'Gift Voucher' available and the redemption method is slightly different, depending on which one that you have.
Online 'Voucher' Purchase
If your 'Thai Massage Room & Spa' Gift Voucher was purchased online, then booking is simple by opening my website on thaimassageroom.co.uk and clicking the 'Treatments online link' and that takes you direct to my Booking System. Follow the simple instructions, entering your type of treatment, chose the date & time preferred, enter the Voucher Number and you will receive the confirmation.
It's as simple as that! 😊
'Instore Voucher Purchase
If your Thai Massage Room & Spa' Gift Voucher was purchased Instore the method of booking is still simple but slightly different as the Gift Voucher Number will not be recognized by the Booking System.
If your 'Thai Massage Room & Spa' Gift Voucher was purchased instore, open my website on thaimassageroom.co.uk and click the 'Treatments online link' and that takes you direct to my Booking System. Follow the simple instructions, entering your type of treatment, chose the date & time preferred, but, the Voucher Number will not be recognized.
From here you have two choices:
1. Select the date & time for your appointment from the available date/times, and you will be asked to confirm by paying a £10 deposit. It's ok, when you arrive for your appointment, bring your voucher with you and I will refund your £10 deposit.
2. Should you not wish to pay a deposit, please either email me on thaimassagroom@gmail.com or message me on 07799 664993, with your Voucher Number and the date & time preferred from the list of available appointments.
Please note that if you chose this method, as the Booking System is live and subject to regular change, your choice may not always be available so you may be better by also providing an alternative date/time.
Should you have any problems with this, please call me on 07799 664993 and I will do my best to help you. If I am not available, please leave a message and I will get back to you.
General Advice
I am normally extremely busy so please make your appointment as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
All Gift Vouchers have an expiry date so please use them before you lose them.
For accounting reasons, refunds are not possible.

Over the years,
I’ve truly enjoyed taking care of all my lovely clients.
Massage is not just my job —
it’s something I do with love, care,
and a genuine connection with each of you 🤍

I still love what I do.
I still enjoy seeing your smiles
and knowing you feel better after each session.

But lately, my body has been gently whispering,
“It’s time to rest a little…”

So that I can continue giving you

I’ll be slowly reducing my workload
and taking a short break every two months.

These breaks will allow me to rest,
restore my body,
