💆♀️ What are the benefits of Thai massage?
Thai massage is not only about relaxation…
It helps release deep muscle tension,
reduce back, shoulder, and neck pain,
and improve flexibility in your body.
Many of our clients say…
“I feel lighter and sleep better after the massage.”
⏰ How often should you get a massage?
It depends on your body and lifestyle.
✨ If you have a lot of tension or pain,
once a week is recommended
✨ For general wellbeing,
every 2–4 weeks is enough
The most important thing is…
“Listen to your body” 😊
💧 Should you drink water after a massage?
The answer is… “Yes, absolutely.”
After a massage, your blood circulation improves.
Drinking water helps your body recover
and makes you feel refreshed more quickly.
🌿 At our massage room,
we provide every client with a bottle of clean drinking water.
If you don’t finish it,
please feel free to take it with you and drink later.
We understand that many of our clients
travel a long way — sometimes over an hour —
to come and see us 💙
✨ We care for you like family
And don’t forget to take care of yourself…
by staying hydrated after your massage 💧

🌿 Recharge in Nature, Ready to Care for You
Sometimes the best way to take care of others
is to first take care of ourselves.
Yesterday we enjoyed a beautiful walk at Almorness,
not far from the village of Dalbeattie.
Fresh air, peaceful sea views and gentle sunshine
made it the perfect moment to stretch, breathe and recharge.
12,274 steps | 9 km 🚶♀️
Spending time in nature helps restore both body and mind.
And when we feel refreshed and balanced,
we can give the best care to our clients.
Today I’m back in the massage room
ready to welcome you with positive energy and healing hands. 🤍

‘A piece of Mystical Thailand right here in Dumfries & Galloway
’In 2004, I made a huge step in my life by moving from Thailand to Scotland in 2004.Prior to leaving my homeland, I trained extensively and qualified in various forms of Traditional Thai Massage and other related therapies at the famous ‘What Po Thai Massage School in Bangkok. I also studied ‘Aromatherapy Massage’ at the Traditional Medical Services Society in Klongluang, Pathumthani and Facial and Body Spa Treatments at the Thai Spa Academy in Bangkok. Having arrived in a completely new and different country, I initially worked as volunteer in various charities, not only to help others, but also to meet people and improve my English. I initially worked as a carer in a local Nursing Home and found this work to be both rewarding but also challenging. In 2006, I started to build on my Thai Massage business by traveling to clients and also working from home.
In 2010, I was absolutely delighted to open the first and original Traditional Thai Massage premises in Dumfries and Galloway when I opened the ‘Thai Massage Room & Spa’ in Dalbeattie. Since then I have continued to develop my massage skills and have trained and qualified in other therapies both in the UK and in Thailand, including &Hot Stone Treatment, Swedish massage and Sports Injury Treatment.
Since opening the business 10 years ago, the ‘Thai Massage Room & Spa’ has grown from strength to strength and with the support from clients from throughout the world,we now have an outstanding record of excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. In 2019, my assistant Bussaya joined the team and she has already proved to be a wonderful asset and extremely popular with customers both old and new. Together we offer a wide range of treatments and therapies and we would be delighted to treat you when you visit.
