❄️ A nicely chilled, though intensely stretchy at times, Yin on Friday last week! Thanks to all who came to any of my classes 👐🙏.

Hello and Happy New Year!

I hope you had a great festive season and are easing into the new year in whatever way feels good to you.

Personally I like to take things easy at this time of year, have a rest and ease myself back in slowly. I don’t buy into the go,go,go, new year, new me vibes.

I do like to take some time to reflect on the year I’ve just had and make some goals for the year ahead but in a gentle and compassionate way, being kind to myself rather than piling on the pressure.

🙏This year I plan on holding more yoga workshops so you can expect details of those to come soon. Last year I held 2 of them in New Abbey and received great feedback.

🙏I plan to continue my yoga classes in Beeswing and Dalbeattie, both of which have grown and become even more popular over the last year.

💃And I hope to grow my Groove class in Dumfries. This class, without fail, is always one of the highlights of my week and I would love more people to come along and experience it!

If you enjoy dancing then maybe you could give it a go. You don’t need any dance experience or skills, seriously, if you enjoy dancing on a night out and the freedom and fun that brings you, that’s all you need!

Because I am easing in gently, our first class of the year will be Dalbeattie Yoga on Wednesday 14th January. Lots of you have already booked in but there are 3 spaces left for this week.

Beeswing Yoga and Groove will start back the following week.

They are all now listed and ready for bookings (I'll link below).

I'd love to hear how you like to start your new year and what you are looking forward to in 2026.
