90 mins of slow, longer holds in poses aiming at the connective tissues, including the fascia, to allow deeper release. Low on the mat & the cosy heaters will be on for a relaxing experience before the Xmas rush ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’ซ

โ„๏ธGood morning Monday. Definitely a touch of frost out there! We'll be coorie-ing in this week with slow flows to warm & mobilise in all my hourly classes, and a longer, cosy Yin session on Fri evening to close the week ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ.
Luckily all the studios (at The Bridge Wellness Centre & The Community Centre at CD) are well heated!

Spaces still in Friday's classes. Mon full & Tues pretty busy but waitlists open. If you can't make a booking after all please remember to cancel to allow someone else to book ๐Ÿ™

Each week we work on something different:
Resistance bands, Kettlebells, Pilates, Dumbbells, Balls, Power Yoga and all of these are combined with power bursts of low impact cardio on the step.
