We can learn to move with the flow of life and let go of the unnecessary. Classes are offered for: adults, pregnancy & birth, postnatal & baby, and parent & child.

Rich learning, deep meditation and a year of weather - snow, rain, hail and sun at the Yoga Scotland retreat at Samye Ling. It was an honour to share the weekend with so many amazing women and yoga teachers to be - can’t wait to return!

TheYoga: Not all yoga is quiet and unassuming. My daughter graduated on Monday. She took her precious graduation time to peacfeuuly hold up a banner about the genocide. Many followed, many supported. I held an 'Against Genocide' banner to support the students, and was chucked out of my daughters graduation for it.
