It's a great time of year for doing a bit of gardening. This year I have planted different types of sunflower seeds in little pots - some are sprouting and growing nicely and others not so much... It had to be sunflowers as I work from the Sunflower room at Mysa!

2 photos of the centre of Dalkeith, taken 120 years apart. You can't see the entrance to Mysa Therapy Rooms from the photos, but it is located at the left side of what was previously the Co op building right in the middle of both photos, the building with the clock and spire. It's great to be in a building that is an important part of local history.

It is still pretty cold and dark, but the first signs of new growth are starting. Some snowdrops are beginning to appear in local woodlands. Have you seen any yet? 🌸🌸
