Emma & Nicola, two of our wonderful social prescribers, in the waiting area this morning to link with patients. They are at our practice the second Thursday morning of every month.

Please pop in for a chat if you think a conversation could be of benefit to you. Alternatively, you can call into reception anytime and ask to be referred to them.

They help patients navigate health & wellbeing issues that aren't medical and don't need a GP.

Update: This issue has now been resolved

We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our server. This means we currently do not have access to anyone’s medical records. This appears to be a national issue. We are hoping this issue will be resolved quickly.

Thank you for your patience whilst we try and get this issue resolved.

Update:

We are currently waiting for replacement parts to arrive to resolve the phone line issues, the engineers have said they should be arriving today and we will hopefully have our normal system back today or tomorrow.

We are still contactable via phone however, this is still a single line so wait times will be longer than normal. Again please do not text or leave voicemails, they will not be actioned.

We also belive there is a separate issue affecting the mobile signal in dalton as well.

We appreciate your patience with this and we are on with trying to get the issue resolved as quickly as we can.

Update:

We have an emergency phone, this is only 1 line so you may experience a long wait time. Please do not text or leave a voicemail, these will not be actioned. You can also use the nhs app to send in any routine questions.

We again apologise for the inconveniences this causes and we are on with trying to get a solution.

We are still having issues with our telephone lines, this has been flagged urgently to the engineers and they are on with trying to sort this. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause. We advise that if you can come down to the surgery for your query you do.

We apologise for the on going disruption, it appears the issue with the phone line has not been fully resolved and we are once again using the emergency phone.

Thank you for your patience whilst we have been having difficulties with the phone lines. The engineers have been working to fix this issue all day. The issue has now been resolved.

Update:

We will shortly be able to receive calls, we have sourced an emergency phone, however this phone can only take 1 call at a time so please be patient, Please DO NOT leave voicemails or Text, they will not be actioned. Our staff are trying their best please if you can come to the surgery for your query we would advise this.

We believe there is a phone line issue in areas of dalton. Our phone lines are affected by this, we currently can not receive calls or dial out. Please bare with us whilst this gets resolved.

If you’re trying to phone regarding an emergency go to A&E or call an ambulance 999.

We will try and keep you updated on the progress.

We are still having telephone line issues, if you do manage to get through the line may cut out. This is being looked into.
