We’ve teamed up @ DS Fitness to let clients know the amazing benefits of the trigger point Pilates classes.
As you are aware I always advise you to do your stretching exercises after your trigger point deep tissue massage (plus drinking plenty of water) another perfect solution would be to follow up with the trigger point Pilates class @ DS Fitness.
The Pilates class is designed to improve and keep muscles stretched & maintained as a good aftercare plan.
In trigger point Pilates you will be using foam rollers, stimulating balls and bands.
You will also have Diane Singleton, who is very knowledgeable with over 20 years experience who will be happy to advise you with any questions or advice you may need.
