I never feel tired of reading your reviews. I am grateful for each one. Thank you so much for supporting my little business. Reflexology has been the most popular treatment recently and I get why… it’s a like a massage but for your nervous system, so calming. Later this year I will be able to start offering acupuncture which I am really excited about. Keep your eye on this space for a rebrand and a new business name over the summer. Love this review, thank you! Cupping and massage are a great combination when working with tightness or stagnation in the muscles or the fascia. If you are not sure about cupping but would like to try it out alongside massage, the best treatment is to go for the “bespoke massage”. I always find out about my clients needs before starting a treatment anyway but this is the best way to have something that is tailored to what your needs are on the day. And if you would like a bit of scalp massage or foot massage whilst the cups are doing their good work, we can do that too.
Bespoke massage can include: cupping, gua sha, massage, acupressure, and some reflexology all depending on your individual needs.
