Join us at Cockerton (10.30am-11.15am) and Darlington Library (1pm-1.45pm) tomorrow for some yoga and craftin!

We will start of the session with a fun yoga story based on the book, 'There was an old pirate that swallowed a fish'. We will then create our own fish rod puppet to take home!

The session is suitable for 2-6 year olds.

Immerse yourself in Creativity- Sea themed Art Class.

Escape to the coast without leaving town!

Join our 7 week Drawing and Painting Course inspired by the beauty of the sea.
Whether you're a beginner or rediscovering your creative spark, this course is designed to help you unwind, explore and express yourself.
What to expect:
Partially guided and independent sessions in a relaxed friendly environment.
A boost for your mental wellbeing.
Learn techniques in both drawing and painting at your own pace.
Resources, refreshment and chat provided!

You can book individual sessions or block book.
Option 1: book the individual sessions you would like to attend (last three sessions should be booked as a block so you have time to develop your own ideas)

Option 2: Attend all 7 sessions and create your own individual art piece using creative composition tools and the techniques you prefer using.

£15 for and individual class
£40 for three classes
£100 for all seven classes

It provides a time for deep relaxation and time for thr body to assimilate the benefits of the practice and integrate the work done in class.

Savasana helps lower the heart rate and blood pressure by regulating cardiovascular function.

It stimulates the relaxation response in the body, calms the mind, promoting stillness and allowing a deeper connection to oneself.

Meraki Reconnect will be running these workshops over the Easter Holidays whilst navigating mum life!!

Yoga workshops- Darlington HAF- FULLY BOOKED!

However there are places available to book on the day at the reception at Preston Park.

Join us for a Yoga story based on the wonderful book, 'The Rhythm of the Rain' at Preston Park, Eaglescliffe.

Followed by a craft activity where you can create your own colourful fish that can be found in the River Tees using collage and drawing techniques.

Celebrating the movement of water through the water cycle and taking inspiration from the fantastic exhibition ‘Recycling the River Tees’, at Preston Park Museum, it features artwork created by local people and is inspired by the river’s natural and industrial heritage.
