Reiki Healing, is safe, effective and can do no harm it is a non-invasive energy balancing technique. A session is pleasant and relaxing.

It uses universal energy transference through light touch or non-touch method. I offer Reiki Therapy with or without Crystal healing and or the aroma of relaxing essential oils at no extra charge. I am a fully qualified Reiki Therapist and have further qualifications in Mindfulness, Crystal Healing and Aromatherapy, fully insured and DBS checked . I am located in Middleton St George, Darlington, or I can come to you if you would prefer. Sessions are usually 1 hour although if its your first time please allow for an extra half an hour at no extra charge. Price £28 hr or up to 90 mins for the integrated therapies ( a combination of therapies) price £38
After the restrictions of the Covid lockdown are lifted I am sure plenty of people may be in need of some relaxing and recharging time so I am offering a free Consultation and a 30 minute Reiki session so you can come and see the benefits of Reiki especially at such stressful times. A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
