When life feels like it’s moving too fast and your thoughts are racing to keep up, it’s easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed.

Here are a few gentle ways to calm your mind:

🌿 Breathe slowly and deeply. Your breath tells your body that it’s safe, and the mind listens.

🌿 Ground yourself in the moment. Notice the feel of your feet on the floor, the air on your skin, the sounds around you...this brings you back to the present moment and stops your mind from racing ahead.

🌿 You don’t have to silence your thoughts... picture them just drifting through, like fluffy clouds passing across a blue sky.

🌿 Try hypnosis or deep relaxation. It’s one of the most effective ways to quieten the noise and allow your subconscious to reset and find balance.

I saw this quote recently and it made me smile:

"Beliefs are like glasses.....change the lens, and the whole world looks different." 👓✨

It's true though, what you believe about yourself influences how you think, feel, and act every single day.
Believe you’re not good enough? You’ll find “proof” everywhere.
Believe you are capable? You’ll start noticing opportunities instead. 🤓

🙋🏻‍♀️ Did you know you can use self-hypnosis to relax, reset, and create positive change?

Here’s a quick " how to" to get you going:

💫 Find a quiet, comfy spot
💫 Close your eyes, breathe deeply, relax your body
💫 Focus on your breath or a calming image
💫 In your head, count slowly down to 10, drifting deeper with each number
💫 Focus on a positive phrase and repeat it to yourself (eg, “I am calm and confident”)
💫 Picture yourself achieving your goal/desire
💫 Take a nice deep breath when you're ready to open your eyes and feel refreshed

Practise regularly, making sure to keep your affirmations positive, and be patient because your mind loves repetition!
It gets easier every time 😉

Soooo, what might this look like? 🤔

✅ Start with gratitude. 🙏🏻
Be thankful you woke up today! We often focus on the negatives and forget the most obvious gift...you’re here! Take a breath, pull back those curtains, and let the world remind you what it has to offer.

✅ Feed your mind with positive words.
As strange as it may sound, tell yourself,
“Today is going to be a good day” or
“I’m going to be great today.”
Positive words plant the seeds for positive thoughts 😉.

✅ Do what makes you happy. 🤗
Whether that’s the gym, catching up with a friend, retail therapy, or baking some sweet treats...make time for the things that make you smile.

Positive thinking isn’t about pretending everything is perfect, because that's unrealistic. It’s about choosing where to put your focus, so maybe today you could give it a go? 😉
