When life feels like it’s moving too fast and your thoughts are racing to keep up, it’s easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed.
Here are a few gentle ways to calm your mind:
🌿 Breathe slowly and deeply. Your breath tells your body that it’s safe, and the mind listens.
🌿 Ground yourself in the moment. Notice the feel of your feet on the floor, the air on your skin, the sounds around you...this brings you back to the present moment and stops your mind from racing ahead.
🌿 You don’t have to silence your thoughts... picture them just drifting through, like fluffy clouds passing across a blue sky.
🌿 Try hypnosis or deep relaxation. It’s one of the most effective ways to quieten the noise and allow your subconscious to reset and find balance.
