Some of you will know I am running Groups at the moment, and as a consequence of that, I'm going to show you a bit more of me! I am a bit Social Media shy if I'm honest, but needs must - we are on a mission to reach out to everyone who struggles with their weight. It's a miserable place to be, trust me, I know, I've been there, and was there for many years.
There is an answer - you really can lose weight and never be hungry. I thought it was too good to be true - but it's not, I promise!!

One of the best ways to stick with activity is to schedule it – just like you would a group night or work meeting.
I’ve popped three move-more moments into my calendar this week:
• complete a spinning class 3 times a week
• at least 1 day spent some time in garden
• get out for a 5+ mile walk once a week.
