Innerdance is a transformative and powerful process developed by Pi Villaraza in the Philippines and is now spreading across the world.

Using sound, music and intuitive healing touch to help remove energy blocks and become the person you are meant to be.

In a session you will listen to a skilfully curated soundscape, sometimes supplemented by other instruments.

The music will move you through a journey of brainwave states - the experience is often likened to lucid dreaming.

You may see visions, experience intense emotions and feel electrical impulses in the body.

Many people feel a strong urge to move and should allow the body to move in the way that feels right at that time - others will sink deep into trance states and lie still for the whole session.

Every session is different and the experience varies with the individual.
After a session you may experience vivid dreams, a new sense of purpose or find that decisions are made easily.

You will only ever go as deep as you are ready for and there's plenty of time after the session to integrate, ground, grab a tea and connect with yourself and others.

This is a space of non-judgement, where you can feel free to express yourself in any way you need. You're encouraged to close your eyes throughout to help you go into a deeper state of being (blindfolds are available if needed).

The sessions involve energy work and non-s*xual physical touch, as well as intuitive prompts for the group and individuals.

This event is open to all genders.

Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket and anything else for your comfort.

This event is open to anyone who has received a Level one Usui Reiki attunement and above.

Whether you are new to your reiki journey and wanting to practice and receive healing or you're a master who would like to practice doing attunements, you are welcome!

We'll start with a guided meditation to connect to the energy followed by the opportunity to give and receive healing and an option to be reattuned if you would like to do so, finishing with sending healing out into the world to where it is needed the most.

How many times have you said that to yourself?

How many times have you heard someone say this?

But you think they're literally the best person in the world so you try not the scream out WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT NUMPTY (with love 🩷)

I literally have never met women who isn't good enough.

I have literally never met a woman who has failed.

At anything.

Some who shake, some who wobble, some who do it scared (myself included)

But never fail.

Self doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.

You have one precious life so why spend it wondering what if...

DO THE THING!

This year we're charging forwards and stepping up to be the powerhouse we truly are...

Let me reintroduce myself 💙✨

For those I haven't met yet, I'm Lucy and I am at your service for transformation and relaxation 🦋

Having started my healing journey almost 7 years ago I'm grateful to have learned and evolved and reached a place where I can hold the hand of the the next woman that reaches out hers for help, just like what was done for me 🤝🏻

I'm still working on myself and always will be, I share my story more with those I work with in person, but overcoming addiction, managing anxiety, and learning to live with grief & loss are the top three thing I can share space for through lived experience ❤️‍🩹

I'm a 2 x Reiki Master Teacher, practicing both Usui and Angelic Reiki with a smattering for Crystal Healing thrown in for those that feel called to it 🪽✨🦋

I'm a space creator for women's circles 💞, Innerdance 🌀, witchy workshops 🧙🏼‍♀️ and more.

I have regular availability for 1:1 sessions with energy work, massage and group sessions too.
