The ‘Digital Load’: Navigating Administrative Burnout in Private Practice

In 2026, a private practitioner is rarely just a therapist. You are an IT department, a marketing manager, a GDPR compliance officer, and a billing clerk. Therapy Speak vs. Real Change: Navigating Your Mental Health in a Loud World

Scroll through any social media feed in 2026, and you’ll be hit with a barrage of clinical-sounding terms. Preventative Therapy: Why You Don’t Need a ‘Crisis’ to Benefit from Counselling

For a long time, the cultural narrative around therapy has been "break glass in case of emergency." We’ve been conditioned to believe that you only seek professional help when your world is falling apart—when a relationship ends, a career stalls, or grief becomes unbearable.
