A little introduction.
Hi I’m Rachel and I live in the North East of England with my four kids, husband, dog and cat.
I’ve been a yoga teacher since January 2020 and have recently left my job in the NHS to focus on my yoga business full time.
I teach Hatha yoga (pronounced ha-ta) which contrary to popular belief doesn’t necessarily mean an easier practice. We spend more time in the poses so we can find what works for us in our own body and reap all the benefits of moving through the poses with control building strength and perhaps finding more flexibility.
