🍐✨ Autumn Pear Tea for Seasonal Wellness ✨🍐
Hello, my dear friends,
As we move deeper into autumn and prepare for winter, it’s important to care for our kidney energy—the root of our vitality in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Today, I’d love to share a simple, nourishing recipe that supports your kidneys, pancreas, and energy flow: my Autumn Pear Tea.
This gentle, warming tea soothes dryness, replenishes your system, and helps your body transition gracefully into the colder season. 🍂
Recipe (3 servings):
🌿 5 cups spring water
🌿 3 organic pears, cored & chopped
🌿 2 TBS dried goji berries
🌿 1 TBS rock sugar (or raw honey to taste)
How to prepare:
1️⃣ Bring water to a boil.
2️⃣ Add pears, goji berries, and sugar/honey. Simmer on low for 35–40 minutes.
3️⃣ Remove from heat, cool slightly, strain, and sip slowly.
A warm cup of this tea is like a hug for your kidneys and a gift to your whole body. 💛
