Planning a city break? Your shoes can make or break your trip! 🏙️👟

Here’s our top podiatry advice for pain free exploring:

✅ Choose supportive shoes, trainers, boots, walking shoes with good arch support
✅ Cushioned soles = happier heels
✅ Avoid brand new shoes – break them in first!
✅ Pack blister plasters just in case
✅ Alternate shoes if you can
✅ Choose shoes based on the weather

You can easily walk 15,000–25,000 steps a day on a city break! 👣
