Hi everyone!

Welcome to my page Body By Kennedy

I am fully qualified L2 & L3 in Fitness and Instructing & Personal Training and I also have a L2 certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health.

I have a real passion for health and fitness and have trained as a member at Physique Health Club for 7 years (it used to be called Boxfit), I developed a love for health and fitness from an unhealthy relationship I had with food and an addiction to the gym, I had an eating disorder at which started in 2013.
