Body Transformation -
An amazing transformation for my client Stephen Fawcett and a current member of Keep Fit Darlington.
I created a tailored Shred then Build 4 month training plan coupled with Nutrition and Weight Management program. This program was created from Stephen’s initial 121 consultation taking into account Body weight, composition, measurements, flexibility/mobility, and an initial muscular strength and VO2 max cardio assessment. The program followed an alternating phased approach, 6 day split. One day high reps light weight to hit Muscular Endurance and engage higher caloric burn, coupled with alternate days of heavy weight low reps to engage Hypertrophy, muscle and strength gain. HiiT style Cardio was programmed in to facilitate improved heart and lung capacity and added caloric burn.
Throughout Stephen has followed a strict Calorie controlled diet and his calorie amounts have been adjusted to reflect his BMR/TDEE gains from weight loss and increased/decreased in line with light or heavy day activities.
Starting weight 90kg
Current weight 74kg
Weight loss achieved 16kg
It has been an absolute pleasure to coach Stephen, and to be part of his transformation journey. He has worked incredibly hard throughout the last 3 months and I hope the motivation, guidance and education I have provided him will give him the tools and confidence to not just continue with his goals but also excel and grow
