Well done to my client and friend for coming second in the female category of her most recent back yard ultra. Hollie completed a whopping 117miles on Sunday and was in today for some post race rehab.

Well that's the white collar boxing all wrapped up. Nearly £15000 raised for great causes, friendships made and some great fights. Here's to the next one!

New toys have arrived! After 4 years my old friend was needing replacing. I must say I'm very impressed with new version of the Theragun pro. The heat and cold attachments are a great new addition.

Well, that's the white collar boxing all wrapped up for this season. To say it has been a pleasure would be an understatement. I have nothing but respect for these guys. I've really enjoyed coaching them and look forward to the fights this weekend.

We also have the white collar MMA running alongside and will be showcasing that in 2 weeks time.
