Yes these aren’t great photos I know that! I can’t blame drink either as I’m not drinking this weekend 😆

Yesterday I connected with someone who runs their business outside of their job role as I do, and as I bought this lovely notebook a few years ago now, I decided to use it!

And it felt good!

For anyone who isn’t sure of my services, I work 9 - 5 in the NHS, so I offer my services on a monthly basis on Saturday mornings 👍

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out an message me. I check my messages frequently, and as I’m at work during the day on an often busy Psychiatric ward in my admin role, I would reply in the evenings 😊

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, but I bought an energy for space clearing course from someone I’ve followed online for several years now. There are 5 modules and I’ve done no 3, but I still have to do the practicalities of the dowsing.

I’ve always been sensitive to the energies of places without understanding why. Once I’ve finished this I’ll have learnt how to identify what negative energies are affecting my space, and how to clear them 👍😊

I’ve been on an active healing journey for several years now, and know from my own experience what it takes to deal with and process past traumas 🙏

Healing isn’t a one time thing, it’s not linear and it’s not straight forward. Sometimes it’s downright crap, and you can feel worse before you feel better 🧡

Sometimes you feel like you’re making zero progress, other times it’s small steps, and sometimes you can take a huge leap forward 👍

Anyone who has experienced trauma will experience triggers as part of their recovery, and they come in all shapes and sizes. Healing means dealing with root causes of issues, changing your perspective, and peeling back layer after layer. It’s hard work 🧡

Exiting news!

I probably should have picked something more Christmassy but never mind!

I am delighted about the new community space currently being created near where I live 😊

I’ve offered my skills in a voluntary capacity once it’s up and running and they are happy to accept 👍

So I will be using my therapeutic skills voluntarily next year sometime 😍

One of the things I’ve started doing on a Sunday is some meal prep do the week ahead. It helps to know what I’m bringing into work for food each day, and also take some of the pressure off with what to have for dinner 😊

I don’t do fancy stuff, but I make egg muffins as a snack. I also make soup, but gave up on trying to make smoothies as I just can’t do it!
