What a weekend 👏

Huge congratulations to all of our clients and friends who took on the Manchester Marathon and crossed that finish line. Months of early mornings, long runs, setbacks, and consistency all paying off in one incredible achievement.

We’ve seen the hard work behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Whether it was your first marathon or your fastest yet — you’ve done something special 🐝

Many of you raising a lot of money for your charities too 🙌🏼

Now it’s time to recover and get planning towards next year 👀

Welcome Dan to the team 🤝🏼

Dan completed his BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at Leeds Trinity University. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal injury management and gained extensive pitchside experience working in football with Bradford Park Avenue and Garforth Town FC. He is also currently working pitchside with Darlington U23s, further developing his experience in football environments. This experience allowed him to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, developing his clinical reasoning, injury assessment, and acute management skills.

Dan is now looking forward to transferring his pitchside and sports-focused experience into a clinical setting, helping patients recover from injury, regain function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside of work, Dan is passionate about sport and he loves football and also plays cricket, keeping active and continuing to build his understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation.

Dan will have availability for Sports Therapy and Sports massage appointments from next week 🙌🏼

Great news for Darlington runners!

Entries for the Darlington 10k, 5k, junior 3k fun run and family fun run will open at midnight tonight.

All races take place on Sunday 2 August 2026.

The family fun run is at 8:30am and is £3 for adults and £2 for children, with those taking part receiving a medal.

The junior 3k fun run is at 9:00am and is £10 per entry, with those taking part receiving a t-shirt.

The 5k run is at 9:30am and is £17 or £15 for UK Athletics affiliated members, with those taking part receiving a medal.

The 10k run is at 10:30am and is £25 for adults or £23 for UK Athletics affiliated members, and £16 for junior race entry, with those taking part receiving a medal and a t-shirt.

Ready to make some plans for 2026? Why not join us for the Darlington 10k race.

The race takes place on Sunday 2 August 2026.

Early bird entries open from midnight tonight.

All those who complete the 10k will receive a medal and a t-shirt.
