The Reiki family keeps growing. Warmest of Welcomes Jax into this beautiful circle of healing and energy work. So grateful to walk this path together 🌟💫

I have completed my Level 1 Reiki training with Inner Essence Healing in Darlington. Jenny and Paul made me feel very welcome and are lovely people.
As well as myself, I have practiced Reiki sessions on a few very willing friends and family and am amazed by the results 🥰

Thank you to all of our clients and students for keeping us busy 🙏 and to our followers for helping us to maintain a presence here on Insta and FB. Every like and comment are much appreciated.

We are now taking time off for an extended break until the end of September for our own spiritual and emotional maintenance to reset, rebalance and spend precious time with loved ones.

We wish you all a fabulous summer 🙏💖 and look forward to seeing you all when we resume 💫

🌿 Life Lately 🌿
I’ve been a little quiet here — thank you for the love and patience. We’ve been walking through some health challenges with my wonderful husband, but I’m so happy to share that he’s on the mend 💪❤️

We have been relaxing in the sunshine in our garden today. We are so fortunate to have tranquil surroundings and wonderfully considerate neighbours. All we can hear is birdsong, the sound of the breeze as it brushes gently past us and the calming sounds of nature. This has been wonderful and much needed after a very busy week. A good reminder for all of us that self care is essential.
Plus it has given us the opportunity to be able to listen to our inner guidance more fully.
New and exciting things will be coming up soon. Stay tuned 💖
