Have you noticed the push for fewer ingredients?
I have — and I keep finding myself asking… why?
As someone who cooks meals for a living, I don’t see fewer ingredients as the goal. I see better ones. Thoughtful ones. Ingredients that actually do something.
That’s why my meals are full — and fully transparent.
More hidden veg.
More fresh herbs.
More ingredients chosen with purpose.
Because food shouldn’t just fill you up — it should properly nourish you and keep you satisfied.
We all know ultra-processed food isn’t the answer.
But unprocessed can be done better — richer, more balanced, and built to do more for your body.
