That’s me back home from an amazing family holiday. A week with my favourite people soaking up the sunshine, is the perfect recipe for a mind body reset!

Sometimes all we need is to be gentle with ourselves and indulge in some time away from the stresses and strains of life to unplug, realign and bring clarity to our lives.

Allow me to guide you to the very place in your mind that stores all of the resources you need to free yourself from those outdated, unwanted habits that are holding you back from living life to the full!

Mike qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Zimbabwe in 2000. He moved to the UK in 2003 and gained vast experience in musculoskeltal & orthopaedic rehabilitation working for the NHS at various sites including Darlington Memorial Hospital, Bishop Auckland , Shotley Bridge & University Hospital of North Durham & GP Practices in County Durham. He also has experience of working in private hospitals working with specialist orthopaedic surgeons treating patients after joint replacements, knee soft tissue procedures , shoulders & hand operations as well as spinal problems.

For the month of February we are offering appointments with Mike for just £30 (usually £40). To book please call 01325 380640 and press 2 for appointments.
