✨ Little update from us ✨

From 1st June, we’ll be making a small change to our self-pay physiotherapy prices.

🕒 Initial assessment (45 mins) – £50
🕒 Follow-up sessions (30 mins) – £45

We’ve made this change because we really believe that first appointment matters a lot. Taking a bit more time means we can properly get to know you, understand what’s going on, and how it’s affecting your day-to-day life 🧠💬

The aim? Get the diagnosis right from the start and put the best plan in place so you can recover quicker and hopefully need fewer sessions overall 🙌

That’s me back home from an amazing family holiday. A week with my favourite people soaking up the sunshine, is the perfect recipe for a mind body reset!

Sometimes all we need is to be gentle with ourselves and indulge in some time away from the stresses and strains of life to unplug, realign and bring clarity to our lives.
