And what’s for pudding tonight you may ask ? 😋 It’s my favourite light version of a dessert. Great for your gut and low glycemic index- chia seeds, coconut shavings, psyllium husk, Goji berries and Greek yogurt or kefir. Mix everything in a bowl and let it sit for 20 - 30 min to allow chia seeds to expand and become soft. Mmm , love it 🥰
