My goal is to bring the benefits of yoga to a wide range of communities, from busy professionals to individuals seeking improved mobility and well-being. I combine yoga and functional movement expertise to enhance physical performance and overall well-being. I focus on improving flexibility, mobility, alignment, balance, and strength to help my clients reach their fitness goals and minimise the risk of injury. I am committed to supporting my local community. I offer chair yoga classes at my local senior social club and work closely with the local council to provide courses for diverse groups. These sessions focus on improving mobility, reducing stiffness, and enhancing quality of life. Qualifications:

☕ Afternoon coffee? Think before you sip.
I know how tempting it is to reach for a coffee late in the day, especially if you’re heading to a yoga class or the gym after work. But caffeine can stay in your system for hours. Even if you fall asleep easily, it can still affect the quality of your sleep.
If you ever feel wired at night after exercising, try being more mindful of caffeine in the mid-afternoon and see if your sleep improves. Everyone’s different — this isn’t a rule, just something to experiment with.
I've tested it myself and noticed a real difference.
Better sleep = better recovery, better movement, better everything.
