The hall at the Royal British Legion on Devon Road has had a beautiful little glow up this week and just look at that floor ✨

Freshly renovated and looking absolutely amazing, it has completely lifted the whole space and made it even more wonderful for all of our classes. Clean, bright, and so welcoming… it really does make such a difference 🤩

We are so lucky to use this space for so many of our sessions. It feels even more special now 💛

Great class this morning at our Thursday 10am mixed ability Pilates session at the Scout Hall at Sutton-at-Hone ☀️

We had such good fun mixing things up with the Pilates ball today. It is amazing how such a small piece of equipment can challenge balance, control and core strength in a completely different way. You all did brilliantly 👏🏻

Wishing you a lovely rest of the week. I hope you manage to soak up a bit of sunshine ☀️.

With the bank holiday coming up, just a little reminder that all of our classes are running as normal, including Monday sessions, so no excuses to miss your movement and feel good 😊

Just over two and a half weeks to go until our 15 year celebration party and I honestly can’t wait 🎉✨

We are now officially at full capacity (which is just amazing!), so a huge thank you to everyone who’s already booked their ticket.

It’s going to be such a special night celebrating with you all 💛

Quick update for this weeks classes - There’s some work being done on the Legion Hall floor, so a couple of classes are affected:

No Wednesday 9:30am class at Legion Hall this week but the Zoom class will run as normal

Thursday evening classes are not running this week BUT we’ve still got you covered 💛

Classes are on tonight - Monday as normal with Rosanna at 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Still smiling after yesterday’s paddleboarding session 🌊☀️

We had such a gorgeous morning on the water with my ladies paddleboarding club. The weather was incredible, great chats and fun on the water together.

Just a little note in case you are new here or did not already know, alongside Pilates I also run ladies only paddleboarding sessions during the summer months at Moat Park Water Sports Centre in Maidstone. This is all part of our Ladies Only Paddleboarding Club.

I do not tend to share loads about it on this page as this is mainly my Pilates space, but if paddleboarding is something you have been thinking about trying, or getting back into, it is such a lovely, supportive group of women and a great way to spend time outdoors over summer.

Proud to have completed this course on the science of trauma and the body recently.

Such an eye opening experience learning how the body stores stress and how the nervous system affects how we feel every day.

It really reinforces how important movement is, not just for strength and flexibility but for helping the body feel safe and release tension. And also the power of breath, something we always take time for in our Pilates classes, to help calm and regulate the body and the mind

Always learning and growing so I can support you all in the best way 💛
