โœจ February is here and Iโ€™m excited to share we have Trigger Point Pilates running this month โœจ

Feeling tight, achy or holding tension in your body? This Trigger Point Pilates class is designed to release deep muscular tension and help you feel looser, calmer and more comfortable and deeply relaxed ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Ideal if you suffer with sore neck and shoulders, back pain, tight hips, poor posture or general stiffness.

We will combine gentle trigger point techniques with Pilates based movement to improve mobility, reduce discomfort and support recovery โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

This class is suitable for all levels and for those with or without injuries. It is also perfect if you are feeling stressed, tired or in need of a full body reset and some relaxation ๐Ÿคฉ

Thank you so much to everyone who joined the knee workshop today. It was a really great session and such a lovely group ๐Ÿฅฐ

I hope you enjoyed it and took away practical tips on how to strengthen your knees, move without irritation, and adapt everyday movements like getting up and down from the floor for gardening, DIY, and daily life. One of the best parts of teaching Pilates in the community is seeing how it makes people feel, not just in their bodies but in their day to day lives. When a client leaves class feeling lighter, taller and โ€œwalking on airโ€, I know we are doing something right ๐Ÿคฉ

My Thursday evening Pilates class runs 6:35pm to 7:20pm at the Royal British Legion Hall, south Darenth and it is designed for real people with real bodies.

โœ” Finished early enough to still enjoy your evening

Perfect if you are coming straight from work, once the kids are settled at clubs, or if you just want a class that does not take over your whole night. By 7:20pm you are done, refreshed, and heading home feeling better than when you arrived.

Happy Monday ๐Ÿ’›

This is why I love Pilates so much.
It is not just about what you do on the mat, it is about how you move through life.

Pilates helps you feel strong, confident and capable in your own body. Suddenly getting to the floor feels easy. Your balance improves. You trust yourself more. You try the things you might once have avoided, whether that is playing with the grandkids, taking a longer walk or giving paddleboarding a go ๐Ÿ˜ - I just so happen to teach that also ๐Ÿ˜‰

It helps you move with ease, connect to your body and enjoy movement again.
And over time, it keeps you doing the things you love for longer and doing them better.
